- Become part of Business Consulting Finance and work within a young and dynamic team in the areas of Corporate Transformation, Digital Finance and Global Business Services
- Support the execution of entity-wide transformation programs, from strategy development to operational implementation
- Be involved in designing finance operating models, finance processes and next generation digital finance capabilities
- Contribute to the success of projects with state-of-the-art project management methods
- Work in an international team on cross-functional engagements, such as global business transformations or roll-outs of demand-to-cash or purchase-to-pay processes
- Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures and evaluate operating models as well as governance structures
- Use the insights and experiences of your daily consulting practice to continuously enhance our consulting approaches and support the publication of professional articles or presentations for conferences

- Successfully completed business-related studies with excellent results
- First practical experience through an internship/working student position or a finance/project position within consulting or the corporate environment
- First understanding of the CFO function of an organization
- Highly motivated and willing to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture, carrying an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, further languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics
- High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURALTM or Power BI
- Willingness to travel
