Réceptionniste
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception desk efficiently during working hours, ensuring all visitors and clients receive a warm and professional welcome.
- Call Management: Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, ensuring they reach the appropriate person or department.
- Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests, clients, and VIPs with a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
- Access Control: Issue and deactivate access cards as required, maintaining security protocols.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, including taxis, for employees and visitors, and manage office supplies like flowers and other essentials.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks such as copying, faxing, scanning, and printing documents.
- Meeting Arrangements: Organize and set up conference rooms with necessary materials, including beamers and laptops.
- Courier Management: Sort and distribute internal and external mail and packages.
- Interdepartmental Services: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Your Profile:
- Experience: Preferably 1 – 2 years in a similar receptionist or administrative role, with experience handling executive-level interactions.
- Education: College degree or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and French
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Impeccable professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
