For our client, a leading supplier of Cyber Security and Network-Solutions in Switzerland, we are looking for a SOC Threat Analyst (m/w).
Your main tasks:
- Analyze events, flows, alerts and perform advanced analysis of potential security incidents
- Conducting security assessments by performing vulnerability scans
- Analyzing security breaches to identify the root causes
- On-call duty for handling of critical security alerts
- Assist in ensuring security controls are implemented according to best practices
Your profile:
- Completed IT apprenticeship with at least 1 year of professional experience (IT Security of advantage), Bachelor's degree with practical experience
- First experience in security analysis and IT advantageous
- Good basic knowledge of Linux / Unix OS, Windows, firewall rules, policy and network routinely desired
- Experience with SIEM tools and security technologies, such as QRadar, Service Now, Kibana, Tenable, FireEye, Defender, Tripwire or similar
- Experience working with customers via phone, email or other corporate communications methods
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
