SAP Inhouse Consultant Customer Experience (CX) (m/f)
Your challenge
Work in the global SAP CX CoE Team which drives all CX projects and operational activities
Be part of the project team, implementing new solutions in our key markets
Develop, implement, and maintain solutions within SAP Commerce Cloud
Create and enhance web applications using the Spartacus framework
Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications
Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing performance and resolving bugs
Provide first, second and third level support for SAP CX production environment, including monitoring and troubleshooting
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar disciplines
3+ years of experience in design and implementation of business requirements with SAP Commerce Cloud (previously Hybris) development platform, including experience with versions released in the last 1-2 years
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Spartacus framework, ensuring best practices in performance, security and mobile responsiveness
Deep understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud platform, including its modules, functionalities and development environment.
Proficiency in backend technologies (Java, Spring, RESTful APIs)
Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, tested solutions
Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
Experienced in working in an international environment
