- Fachlich und personelle Führung der zugeteilten Schicht
- Agieren als Prozess-Experte der standortbezogenen Produktionsprozesse
- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen
- Durchführung von Massnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
- Erarbeiten von proaktiven Lösungsvorschlägen bei Problemstellungen
- Organisation und Kontrolle von Routine-Arbeitsabläufen
- Überprüfung der Chargendokumentation (Batch Record Review) sowie der Logbücher
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Tätigkeit im Bereich CDMO, CMO, Pharma, Lebensmittel oder ähnlich
- Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
- Starke Teamfähigkeit
- Führungstätigkeit mit einem oder mehreren Mitarbeitern
- Genaue, zuverlässige und speditive Arbeitsweise
- Starke Teamfähigkeit
- Sprachen: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Gutes IT-Verständnis
