Relationship manager assistant
Main responsibilities
- Assisting Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work : monitoring of clients transactions; execution of transfers orders
- Handling client queries in an independent manner
- Creating KYC files with the support of the Relationship Manager(s) and managing the accounts opening and closing process
- Other administrative tasks
- Supporting the Relationship’s Manager team in client project
- Supporting the Relationship’s Manager team in client’s compliance
Required skills
- Commercial, economics or legal studies (Bachelor level)
- 1st experience accepted
- English and Russian mandatory
- Strong customer service ethic
- IT literate, solid knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Excellent presentation
