Your Tasks
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with and promote the company’s corporate objectives, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms for clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all levels of the company
- Foster and enhance relationships with key external stakeholders, utilizing multifaceted communication channels to align public sentiment with corporate aims and enhance public trust and perception
- Oversee and streamline communications on Sefar’s internal communication platform, to elevate employee alignment, engagement, and morale. Ensure the platform is continuously improved to meet employee needs and corporate standards
- Lead communication efforts that support the organization’s initiatives in CSR, ESG, and sustainability by developing practical communication processes and directly engaging with relevant content that highlights the company’s efforts and achievements in these areas
- Directly work with and support the executive branch in timely and critical, urgent as well as routine communication matters
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure the technological efficacy of internal communications platforms, particularly intranet. Work alongside Marketing Communications to ensure content is impactful, aligns with strategic objectives, and resonates with internal and external audiences
Write content for various communication and marketing channels and deliverables such as Web, Social Media, Customer Letters, Brochures, etc. Copywriting and other activities are always closely aligned with other MarCom functions and are organized via the global Content Calendar.
- Technical Requirements: Proficient in the use of Communications and MarTech tools including Web CMS, DAM, and other communications platforms client software. Skilled in using project management tools like Monday.com and Miro
- Profound experience with standard communication deliverables in an international B2B environment
- Excellent journalistic and/or communications method competences.
- Proven B2B content writer with technical/industry experience and passion for such content
- Bilingual German/English
