To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Flamatt site as a

What you will do: 

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR and Corporate Functions systems and overall data architecture
• Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of global processes to effectively coordinate and prioritize project demands across HR, Corporate Functions, and IT teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, and design tailored solutions
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting HR and Corporate Functions Platforms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

What you bring: 

• 8+ years of proven experience in supporting HR and Corporate Functions
• Solid understanding of IT architecture, platforms and solutions supporting business functions (e.g. Success Factors, SAP HR)
• Project management skills; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong service orientation with a global mindset and willingness to travel occasionally
