Great opportunity for a Management Assistant with excellent English! For an internationally successful investment management firm in the city center ofZug, we are searching for a proactive, flexible, enthusiastic, customer- and service-oriented team player to support the close-knit team of investment professionals. In your role as
you execute a broad variety of tasks to the highest standards in all aspects, including:
- Provide close administrative support to the partners and senior staff members (e.g. appointment scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report filings, etc.)
- Receive and welcome visitors (mainly institutional investors from the USA)
- Write minutes of board meetings and provide organizational support for them
- Responsible for bank payments to settle vendor invoices and filing thereof
- Assist the team where necessary with daily routine tasks and ad hoc project-based work (e.g. support document collections and filings on behalf of Compliance Officer)
- Assume responsibility for the efficient management of the office and its facilities
- Respond to incoming calls
To succeed you need:
- Relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry or legal firms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, preferably nurtured within an international work environment
- Ability to think and act proactively within a small team
- Strong sense of initiative, resourcefulness and tact
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft application skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English; any additional languages (such as German) are an asset
- Strong work ethic and deep commitment to meeting firm standards
It is essential that you possess a valid work permit for Switzerland and are already living in the Zugarea as your presence on-site is required.
