- Workplace support (Client PC, Mobile Devices, Accessories, WLAN Hotspots, Telephony, Business Skype)
- New User Setup
- Identity and Access Management
- MS Office User support
- Office LAN, WLAN, WAN support
- Service Request and Incident Management
- Connectivity, Server, Virtual Server, Azure Cloud, Database and Application Troubleshooting
- First and second level support by telephone and on site
- Define, execute and automate efficient Workflows
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or higher
- A few years of experience in IT Service Desk
- Fluent in German and English (any other language is an advantage)
- Outstanding customer service orientation
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and to keep the overview
- Proactive and solution oriented mind-set
- Independent and self-driven
- ability to work in an international team
