Project Leader - Embedded System
As a Project Leader in Embedded Systems at Helbling Technik, you will drive the development of mechatronic devices and components for high-quality consumer goods, designed for large-scale production. Starting with simple functional samples and progressing through iterative designs, you will ensure readiness for manufacturing and mass production. Leading a dynamic team of hardware and software engineers, you will bridge both disciplines to deliver top-tier embedded system solutions.

- Engineering Expertise: You have significant experience (at least five years) as a hardware developer for embedded systems (both analog and digital circuits), enabling you to lead projects from a technical perspective.
- Regulatory Knowledge: You understand how to design and develop products that comply with regulatory requirements, such as EMC.
- Proven Leadership: You have a successful track record of leading projects (at least three years) and launching products from development to manufacturing.
- Technical Insight: You understand the underlying physical principles of complex embedded devices, such as flow and conductivity.
- nterdisciplinary Collaboration: You thrive in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment, with English as the common language.
- High Voltage Experience: Familiarity with high voltage electronics (up to 240V).
- Software Development: Experience in developing embedded software.

- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Altium, Atlassian products and Polarion.
- Language bonus: You already know German and/or French.
