We are looking for a driven and committed individual to join our Customer Project Office Team at our Swiss Hub in Lausanne.

Our worldwide applications range from probation, including curfew and alcoholism, to domestic violence, prisons, terrorism, immigration, mental health clinics and more. We are proud to be the chosen partner of the Swiss EM Organisation and are excited to be building a support hub in Switzerland to better serve our Swiss and European customers.

• Provide help desk services to Swiss cantonal users of Buddi EM software and devices.
• Ensure users have access to the right devices at the right time through efficient stock management.
• Design, organize, and deliver training to enhance competency in the application of Buddi software.
• Support day-to-day Buddi SA business operations, incl. service level monitoring and reporting, billing
• Support the Head of Swiss EM in promoting and advancing the EM vision within Switzerland.
• Support unrelated activities of Buddi UK outside of Switzerland as requested.

• We are open to applications from people with diverse qualifications. These may include:
• Awareness of or an affinity for criminal justice strategy and delivery, incl. EM.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and/or French.
• Strong organizational skills, a self-starter attitude and agility to learn and adapt.
• Curiosity for technology and its use in advancing society.
• Team spirit and a hunger for continuous development.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• Ability to pass a security check.
