Die Serviceeinheit ist für den weltweiten After Sales Support von Generatorenschutzschaltersystemen (GCB) und gasisolierten Schaltanlagen (GIS) inklusive Schulungen, Installation und Inbetriebnahme, planmässiger Wartung, Zusatzleistungen, Troubleshooting, Erweiterungen, Umbauten und Austausch zuständig.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
Leitung von multikulturellen Baustellen weltweit für gasisolierten Schaltanlagen für das Spannungslevel von 110KV – 550KV
Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Durchführung der vor Ort
Installation / Wartungen / Reparaturen unter Einhaltung vertraglicher Termine und unter Berücksichtigung lokale gesetzlichen Vorgaben
Verantwortlich für die Qualität der vor Ort ausgeführten Arbeiten mittels Qualitätskontrolle und Beurteilung von Fähigkeiten von lokalen Hilfskräften
Durchführen von Produkttraining vor Ort am Produkt und während der Installation
Verantwortlich für die Evaluierung von Risiken und deren Minimierung
Koordination von Arbeitskräften und deren Anweisung
Kostenkontrolle von eingesetzten Ressourcen und regelmässiges Rapportieren an Projektleitung
Aktives Mitarbeiten von Prozessverbesserungen und proaktives ergreifen von Massnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Tätigkeiten vor Ort
Ihr Hintergrund
Abgeschlossene Lehre in der Metallbau-, Elektro- oder Automobilbranche
Elektrotechnische Grundkenntnisse ist ein Muss, elektrotechnische Weiterbildung von Vorteil
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Montage & Inbetriebsetzungsbereich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, mindestens B2
Bereitschaft zu nationalen und vor allem internationalen weltweiten Einsätzen mit bis zu 80 % Reisetätigkeit
Flexibler, belastbarer und kommunikativer Teamplayer
Flair zu pragmatischen und unkonventioneller Lösungssuche mit hohem Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
