Responsibilities:
Consulting and Design:
- Provide expert consultation on cloud platform infrastructure, including the design and engineering of landing zones on AWS.
- Develop and implement multi-tenant cost allocation strategies, IAM policies, and networking solutions.
- Provide expert consultation on cloud platform infrastructure, including the design and engineering of landing zones on AWS.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automation:
- Utilize Terraform to design, engineer, and implement automation for cloud platform infrastructure.
- Ensure the efficient operation and optimization of the existing IaC solution.
- Utilize Terraform to design, engineer, and implement automation for cloud platform infrastructure.
Security and Compliance:
- Advise and support teams on data storage, data protection, and encryption, including Data at Rest, Data in Motion, and Data in Use.
- Implement automated security measures, as well as manage update and patch releases.

Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize existing cloud platform infrastructure to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Logic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Earth Sciences or similar (Credit: Diploma).
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent certification.
- Language proficiency: German C1 + English B2
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in Automation with Terraform through Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience in Consulting, Engineering/Design, Construction, and Operation of Cloud Platform Infrastructures on AWS
- Significant experience in CI/CD
- Experience in Data at Rest, Data in Motion, Data in Use, and Confidential Computing
