Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)
- Handling of customer enquiries by E-Mail or phone. Providing information on orders and deliveries as well of stock availability
- Processing orders from our customers (wholesalers and distributors): manage purchase orders, including entering, reviewing, and updating order information by means of SAP
- Creation, preparation, organization as well as legalization of (Shipping) documents /Checking of compliance for export-relevant regulations
- Organizing and coordination of delivery schedules and export processes / Monitoring of deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals
- Inventory monitoring of consignment warehouses abroad / Preparing invoices and credit notes
- Solving of customer issues and complaints in close cooperation with other internal departments
- Maintaining accurate records and databases for customer orders and inquiries
- Providing administrative support to Sales Team: Keeping prices up to date & Analysing reports
- Monitor KPI's related to the Customer Service department
- Providing "ad hoc" assistance in relation to Customer Service department news or needs / Collaboration in process optimisation
- Account assignment of incoming invoices in SAP for payment of logistics service providers
- SAP Key user
- Completed studies in logistics, supply chain, business administration or similar
- Customer Service / Order and Distribution experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- In depth knowledge SAP software (SAP KEY USER), ideally trained on S4 HANA
- Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus and empathy
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various departments
- English is a must and any other language is a plus
