Your tasks:
This position will augment the Engineering Team, responding to customer issues professionally across multiple channels. They must develop, demonstrate and maintain technical skills to troubleshoot issues, create test scenarios and investigate software issues based on customer product use. If required, they will plan on-site support to solve more complex issues. This position will write technical documentation and user manuals revision, incorporating lessons learned from their intimate understanding with customer problems.
Your profile:
Specifically, we are looking for someone who can:
Provide technical support for company products to customers via phone, email and other channels
Focus on in-depth problem analysis of the company's products and their integration into customer environments using troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge to isolate, analyze and provide resolution to customer issues
Proactively monitors assigned open tickets, contacts customers, and updates tickets on a timely basis.
Participate in benchmark and performance testing.
Coordinates possible on-site support.
Leads Technical Documentation revisions and edits, from Products Guides to user Manuals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, communication engineering or physics
Experience in technical documentation, MS Office Suite and Google Office Tools.
Experience in the field of radio communication, radio measurement technology and software systems
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
Fluency in English and German, French would be an asset
Swiss work permit (C,B) or Swiss/EU-citizenship
