Our global People & Organization Business Partner team at our headquarters in Zug is now looking for a working student to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready and eager to join a global setting to contribute to and grow with Business Partner tasks and projects in the field of People & Organization.

You will work closely together with a business partner and the team to drive long-term projects while handling daily tasks in a fast-pace environment. You will be in close contact and collaborate with people from the business and colleagues from our global People & Organization team using English as your main language.

Yournewresponsibilities

  • Drive and support various topics and projects with a People & Organization focus (e.g. global talent programs, succession planning for key functions, etc.)
  • Prepare presentation materials and communication for global audiences
  • Create and evaluate various reports
  • Actively participate in other special topics and projects related to People & Organizational development as well as change management
  • With a confident, ambitious, and solution-oriented mindset you will have the opportunity to develop into driving your own topics and assume more responsibilities

Yourtalents and experience

  • You are currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences (e.g. business administration, management, psychology, or comparable fields of study in the humanities)
  • Ideally, you have some initial work experience in People & Organization or another business-oriented environment
  • You are eager to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and to actively drive change forward
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills
  • You take ownership of your topics and proactively contribute to creative solutions
  • You have a positive, flexible, and resilient personality with strong team orientation
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are available to start immediately or by arrangement ideally for a duration of at least one year
