Key Responsibilities:
Backend Infrastructure Management:
- Engineer and manage extensive backend infrastructures with over 800 virtual servers using VMware vSphere.
- Implement new applications across the company, ensuring quality standards and stable server operations.

Project Participation:
- Play a vital role in innovative projects related to Datacenter & Backend Systems.
- Use your in-depth knowledge to drive projects forward and implement future-ready solutions.

Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with IT customer service, application managers, and partners.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, leveraging your expertise to assist colleagues effectively.

System Optimization:
- Ensure the smooth operation and performance of the Windows Server environment.
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, JavaScript) to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Certifications in System Engineering (e.g., VCP, MCSE, ITILv3).
- Additional higher education qualification (HF or FH) is a plus.
- Certifications in System Engineering (e.g., VCP, MCSE, ITILv3).
Experience:
- Extensive and versatile knowledge in Datacenter & Backend Systems, VMware (vSphere, vRA, NSX), Windows Server, and scripting.
- At least 4 years of practical experience in Datacenter & Backend Systems.

Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
