Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to join our team as the Global Vice President, Biosurgery, located in Raritan, NJ. This pivotal role will oversee a $1.7B portfolio within the MedTech Surgery business, focusing on innovative medical technologies that enhance patient outcomes by addressing critical needs in hemostasis and healing. Our portfolio includes industry-leading products such as the Surgicel portfolio, VistaSeal, VeraSeal, Surgiflo, and Ethizia, all designed to address bleeding challenges across diverse surgical specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Growth: Define and deliver a profitable and sustainable growth strategy for the Biosurgery portfolio. Leverage both internal and external partnerships to identify and address unmet clinical and economic needs.
- Pipeline & Portfolio Management: Lead pipeline prioritization and ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve both short-term and long-term platform goals. Oversee project milestones, cost improvements, and new product launches.
- Commercial Leadership: Provide decisive leadership for the integration and management of acquired technologies and external partnerships. Successfully lead commercial negotiations and partnerships within the portfolio.
- Global Market Strategy: Develop and execute a globally coordinated go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Regional and Country-level Commercial leaders to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Marketing & Customer Insight: Lead global marketing strategies, including customer insight, market segmentation, product positioning, and competitive analysis. Drive engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.
- Innovation & Investment: Build compelling business cases for new product innovations and secure investments to drive growth. Align strategic vision with global insights and market dynamics.
- Leadership & Culture: Create and lead a high-performing, inclusive team. Foster a culture of innovation and develop a diverse pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
