Value Stream Manager / Head of Production
What's the role?
As Value Stream Manager you will take the responsibility for the stud anchor supply from wire to delivery in our lead plant in Schaan. You will lead the production team and the respective functional team members (Logistics, Quality, Engineering) in a daily manner to continuously improve performance and set the strategic directions for the development of the value stream.
What does the role involve?
As a leader of a team of 40 production team members and quality, engineering and logistics professionals, you will act as the “internal CEO” of our value stream. You will drive the ramp-up of our innovative stud anchor portfolio and proprietary production technologies. Your role includes optimizing and maintaining cutting-edge assets for cold forming, stamping, and assembly. Focus on lean and digital production enhancements, such as MES advancements and data-driven tool life improvements.
Collaboration with product development teams to introduce new products and contribute to strategic initiatives in plant and global manufacturing.
What you need is:
- Mechanical engineering or technical background with a Master’s degree
- Practical experience in leading production units or experience in engineering/technology project management, ideally in regard to cold forming, stamping or assembly technologies
- Analytical skills and drive to identify root-causes and find compelling solutions
- Positive spirit, empathy and strategic thinking
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German
