Your Responsibilities:
- participate and support the implementation of SAP EWM projects, including testing and deployment
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives
- provide ongoing support for SAP EWM systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and enhancements
- develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP EWM features and functionalities
- create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user manuals
- support project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of SAP EWM initiatives
- perform thorough testing of SAP EWM configurations and customizations to validate system functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements
- conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
Your Requirements:
- min. 5 years of experience within the supply chain area
- project knowledge within SAP EWM implementation and especially testing
- training in the areas of SAP or project management is a strong advantage
- strong stakeholder communication skills
- fluent german and english language skills
