Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Unity Developer with a Ph.D. to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of complex game systems, leveraging your expertise to push the boundaries of what’s possible in gaming. You will collaborate with AI researchers, designers, and other developers to create state-of-the-art gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of advanced game features and systems using Unity.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate AI-driven functionalities into games.
- Optimize game performance and ensure smooth and immersive gameplay experiences.
- Conduct research and apply the latest techniques in game development and AI.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Unity, game development, and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, with a focus on game development or AI.
- Extensive experience in Unity development, including C# programming and Unity’s toolset.
- Strong background in game design, physics, graphics, and AI integration.
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing high-quality games.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for gaming and creating innovative gaming experiences.
