The SWISS Future Intercontinental Experience Program is entering its most exhilarating phase as we prepare to launch our groundbreaking new cabin product. To ensure a successful introduction, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Transition Coordinator to join our team and manage key milestones.

As the Transition Coordinator for the FICE Program, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing the launch of our new cabin product. In this dynamic role you enable commercialisation of the new cabin and support change management efforts throughout the SWISS organization.
- Develop a rollout plan for our new cabin considering various constraints.
- Ensure operational readiness and identify gaps using checklists and risk charts.
- Identify project stakeholders and manage project interfaces proactively.
- Plan and conduct internal events and visits to showcase the new cabin product.
- Support a positive change process for stakeholders affected by the project.
- Explore innovative training methods, such as VR goggles, to demonstrate the cabin experience and enhance learning.
- Assist in implementing commercialization strategies during the entry-into-service phase of the refurbished sub-fleet.
- Aid the communication team in developing strategies for internal and external partners.
- Coordinate stakeholders and implement project risk mitigation plans.

- Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering or commercials
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer experience, technics / engineering or network planning
- Experience in project management
- Very high level of initiative, strong implementation orientation and excellent communication skills
- Focused and well-structured working approach
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
