Sr. Transformation Office Manager (f/m/d)
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders for digital transformation programs.
- Define program scope, goals, and outcomes in line with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance processes and experiences.
- Map and optimize processes together with the team using digital solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth change management.
- Monitor program performance against KPIs and address challenges.
- Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and sponsors.
- Generate reports to share progress and insights with senior management.
- Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.
- Overcomes siloed interests by winning hearts and minds of people.
- Acts as a role model for agile project management and execution excellence.
- Incorporates agile ways to accelerate transformation speed and quality.
- Implements standards that leverage workshops, experimentation, and fast learning.
- Closely work with C-Level and key stakeholders to receive support needed.
Profile
Education
- Master's Degree in business administration / or technical or an equivalent combination of education
Experience
- 10 years plus work-related experience in a global function – Digital Transformation.
- Experienced in leading, growing, and motivating people in global programs.
- Qualified global project leader in a PMO environment with proven success and change record.
- Certified in Project Management, Agile – Scrum, Lean Management.
- Strong Data & Tech, Commercial and Operational expertise
- Fluent in English, both written and oral, a must
