Aufnahme von Reparaturarbeiten an den Aufzugsanlagen
Kalkulation, Erstellung und Verkauf von Reparaturofferten
Offerten-Anfrage bei Drittlieferanten (Konditionen und Termine)
Technische Verkaufsberatung und -verhandlung mit unseren Kunden, im Zusammenhang mit Reparaturen von Aufzugsanlagen
Interne und externe Materialbestellungen
Terminplanung der Reparatureinsätze
Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Serviceabteilung und gemeinsame Entwicklung der Massnahmen um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen und den Kundenstamm zu erweitern
Unterstützung des Serviceleiters in Bezug auf das Einholen von Reparaturaufträgen
Bestimmen der Ersatzteile und Kalkulation von Reparaturarbeiten
Was wir von dir erwarten
Technische Ausbildung (Elektroinstallateur, Elektromechaniker oder ähnliches)
Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Aufzugsbranche und im Verkauf
Kenntnisse der Normen und Vorschriften
Fortgeschrittene Office-Anwenderkenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
Führerausweis B
