Technical Program Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a motivated and committed Technical Program Manager for our client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. based in Basel, for a 24 month assignment with the option to extend.
- Provide project management, coordination, and inter/intra workstream communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Software Engineers and Quality Specialists to get high-quality features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
- Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced program environment
- University degree or equivalent education
- +5 years experience with technical program/project management
- Extensive experience with technical program management of large and complex projects
- You have extensive experience with use cases and solutions within digital health
- Extensive experience with management of software development teams in complex matrix organizations
- You possess a deep understanding and experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g. SAFe)
- You ideally have experience from AWS cloud implementation projects
- Fluent in English
