Team Leader RPO/MSP (m/f/d)

As a Team Leader you will have direct day-to-day responsibility for a team of both RPO and MSP Recruiters ensuring that they deliver service against defined objectives and you are as single point of contact for them.

YOUR TASKS

• You will be responsible for monitoring workloads, 1-2-1 meetings, performance review, development plans, assisting with their training and providing ongoing coaching and support
• You will be working closely with the management team in driving team performance and client satisfaction
• You will supervise the implementation of and adherence to new tools and processes
• You will be responsible also for preparing reports, monitoring progress and addressing upcoming issues
• You will need to ensure that the team deliver the agreed KPIs/SLAs
• As it is a hands-on role, you will be regularly responsible for a handful of RPO requisitions and you will step in to MSP operational tasks, if needs be
• Leading and taking full responsibility for the successful management of the client account and service delivery
• Establishing and developing key client relationships in line with the client's contract plan
• Maintaining an effective partnership with the client and continually developing account initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• We are looking for a colleague with strong abilities of multitasking and good organization skills
• You are highly self-motivated person, with passion for working with people and supporting your colleagues to developing professional and successful relationships
• English language knowledge at advanced level is mandatory and German or French languages would be strong preference
• Previous experience in people management is needed
• Solid experience in recruitment is a must (preferably a background in Recruitment Process Outsourcing or Managed Service Provider or In-house)
• You have effective communication skills and are able to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
