As Teamlead Recruiting, you are part of the People Attraction & Employer Branding team and, together with your team, ensure that we attract the best talent in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Team Leader People Attraction SCM & Logistics (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team responsible for talent acquisition in the operational departments at the Wohlen (CH), Dintikon (CH), Krefeld (DE), and future locations. Ensure effective team coordination.
  • Oversee operational recruitment across all logistics sites, aftersales, and retail at Digitec Galaxus. Manage stakeholders at various levels of the hierarchy.
  • Foster the continual development of your team, promoting our values and an agile mindset.
  • Support and guide your team in achieving our ambitious People & Culture goals, actively contributing to these objectives.
  • Streamline and optimize operational recruiting processes. Prioritize high-volume recruiting (Tact Time Recruiting: TTR), ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Manage relationships with temporary staffing suppliers like the Master Vendor to enhance delivery quality and improve the external employee experience.
  • Optimize the use of successful recruiting channels specific to logistics for efficient utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with the International People Attraction & Employer Branding team to develop and implement innovative recruitment and employer branding strategies.

Your skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
Proven recruitment skills ideally in a logistics/aftersales, manufacturing or supply chain management environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in German and English, coupled with strong relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, particularly where legal, customer-related, and candidate-related issues intersect.
  • Ability to integrate a hands-on approach with strategic thinking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legal framework.
  • Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty.
  • Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed.
