Team Lead Talent Sourcing (m/f/d)
As a Team Leader you will have direct day-to-day responsibility for a team of Sourcing Partners across different markets, ensuring that they deliver results against defined targets and you are providing support as required by your direct manager.
YOUR TASKS
- You will be responsible for desk reviews, monitoring workloads, weekly 1-2-1 meetings, assisting with their training and providing ongoing coaching and support
- You will be working closely with the management team in driving team performance and client satisfaction
- You will supervise the implementation of and adherence to new tools and processes
- You will be a point of contact for the Recruitment Partners with regards to any queries they may have and provide solution to escalations (together with the Team Manager if needed)
- You will be responsible also for preparing reports, monitoring progress and addressing upcoming issues
- You will need to ensure that the team deliver the agreed KPIs/SLAs
- You might need to take ownership for a number of requisitions if key stakeholders or business case require
YOUR PROFILE
- We are looking for a dynamic colleague with strong abilities of multitasking and good organization skills
- You are target-driven and highly self-motivated person, with passion for working with people and supporting your colleagues to developing professional and successful relationships
- English language knowledge at advanced level is mandatory
- There is no requirement for previous experience in people management, but solid experience in recruitment is a must (preferably a background in sourcing)
