YOUR TASKS
- As a Talent Partner, you coordinate our client's recruitment process for external contractors. You are the single point of contact for our stakeholders: hiring managers, external vendors and contractors
- You will support the end-to-end process work as an interface in partnership with the various departments (procurement, business, HR, etc) and suppliers to ensure a high level of quality in the program
- You advise managers on the recruitment process, review the candidate submissions and advise Hiring Managers on the selection of the most suitable candidates,support onboarding, time management, extension etc. You act as a first level support for general questions from stakeholders
- As a Hays Enterprise Solutions employee, you are sitting most of the time with the Hays team at our customers' premises in Basel
- Based on your professional experience or your internal development, you advise those involved in the process and optimize processes continuously. For this you are involved in the development and management of trainings and trainings content
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have a College degree or technical training and are (somewhat) familiar with Swiss Temp labor laws and HR legal regulations
- Ideally you have previous professional experience in personnel management and/or recruitment
- You must have a customer and service oriented mindset and combine it with an efficient solution-oriented way of working
- You are self-confident and display a professional attitude
- You also distinguish yourself through a high level of communication and organizational skills
- You bring the ability to take initiative, work independently and are willing to always go the extra mile to achieve high quality standard and overachieve
- Good user skills in MS Office, SAP skills and very good English skills round off your profile
