We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy Talent Marketer and Brand Specialist who brings strong brand and/or marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering activations and campaigns that are outcomes-oriented and measurably engage target audiences and stakeholders to achieve business impact.

As a Talent Marketer and Brand Specialist for Zurich Insurance Group your goal will be to champion our employer brand to help us attract, engage and retain top talent. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing and brand capabilities, evolving our library of talent brand assets, integrating our EVP and talent brand messaging across all channels and touch points, and generating brand awareness with measurable actions. This position will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition as part of a decentralized structure where you will also partner across Zurich’s market-based teams to enable their success in sharing our amazing culture and career opportunities around the globe.
What you will do
- Optimizing Zurich’s Talent Marketing/Talent Network platforms and serving as an evangelist for localised use in our markets (acquiring deep expertise for these tools and capabilities).
- Manage the quarterly Employer Branding Global Roundtable and shift the focus to Talent Marketing & Branding; curating a best practice portfolio globally.
- EVP (includes DEIB lens) across all TA touch points as part of a best practice candidate experience (both internal/external).
- Develop and grow our Alumni Community for Zurich.
- Manage the Group/Global Glassdoor response strategy.
- Analytics and insights on our talent marketing activities - including talent source data.
- Drive more Influencer behavior and organic content generation from Zurich leaders.
- Bring external views, trends, data and perspectives in to shape future marketing and branding efforts to position. Zurich as an EOC and support talent attraction, engagement and conversion.
- Special projects as assigned.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 7+ years of experience in brand and/or marketing focused positions, preferably with some support of People functions.
- Fluent knowledge of social and digital media platforms and experience using these successfully to promote talent brand messaging.
- Data savvy, analytical and able to aggregate research, data and trends to set meaningful KPIs and outcomes-oriented progress measures.
- Excellent communication, organization and writing skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional and decentralized teams to achieve goals.
- Employer branding experience within a company or agency/firm and/or a background in digital marketing are preferred.
- Native level written and spoken English with strong copywriting and editing skills, exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluency in English required, plus fluency in German or another EU language is an advantage.
