Your tasks:
Processing user incidents and requests both by telephone and via the ticket system.
Administration and further development of the physical and virtual server landscape. (Windows Server, file server and VMware) as well as all IT systems (Microsoft clients, network components, printers and storage systems).
1st and 2nd level support from error analysis to resolution.
Administration of user accounts and assign access rights in Active Directory and other applications.
Documentation of knowledge base articles and tickets.
Planning and implementation of IT projects and migrations.
Cooperative collaboration with users and customers
Your profile:
Successfully completed vocational training (apprenticeship) as an IT specialist with focus on system integration or comparable qualification.
Good knowledge in the administration of Windows servers and Windows Clients as well as Active Directory.
Ideally experience in the administration of Exchange, MS SQL, VMware and Veeam
Confident in dealing with customers and complex situations.
Very good conceptual skills as well as an independent working style, ability to work in a team and analytical thinking.
Fluency in German and English.
