Responsibilities:
The further development and engineering, primarily focusing on Microsoft technologies such as Windows 10/11, SCCM, and Intune.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing concepts and technical specifications for the client infrastructure to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Implementing automation solutions using PowerShell to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Taking ownership of various client software applications and ensuring their smooth functioning.
- Working collaboratively in areas such as M365 (Teams, Collaboration), Client Security, MDM, and MAM to optimize the organization's digital workspace.
- Handling fault, change, and order management in 2nd and 3rd level support, maintaining efficient troubleshooting practices.
- Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure comprehensive knowledge sharing and maintenance of systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical college degree or equivalent training in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a client engineer, preferably with exposure to Microsoft technologies.
- Strong expertise in SCCM, Intune, AD, PowerShell, M365, and Azure Automation.
- Experience in managing client images and developing client concepts.
- Previous project experience in cloud or workplace solutions, showcasing your ability to provide consultative insights.
- Proficiency in IT security, IT service management, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in German and English.
- A reliable and proactive personality, capable of driving and achieving challenging goals as part of a collaborative team.
