IT Supporter – First Level
Your tasks:
Provide first level support to the business
Manage IT requests via ticketing system
Prepare, install and support user workplace
Provide support for our applications (e.g. Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Support technical needs for events and conferencing systems (e.g. AGM, internal meetings, Audits, Investor Relations presentations)
Write user documentation, e.g. manuals or documentation for internal applications
Mobile devises and services support
Manage user accounts
Perform on- and offboarding service (e.g. user creation and termination, user introduction and on-going trainings)
Manage requests to partner for support activities
Coordinate and control the intervention of external partners like for user workplace, departmental printer, conferencing systems
Purchase IT supplies and hardware (like desktops, laptops, screens) according to the purchasing process
Contribute for support process improvement
Make proposals to improve availability, efficiency and performance of the support process
Evaluation and testing for new software and hardware
Close collaboration with team leader IT Business Partner
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in information technology and Microsoft certified
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as 1st level supporter, a sound experience in 2nd level support would be beneficial
Proficiency in M365, Windows 11 (min. Windows 10) and additional M365 applications
Good understanding of GxP principles and practices; experience in pharma industry would be an asset
Excellent English and German verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations and provide a positive user experience
