IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
- Advising and supporting users in the use of IT resources
- Installation, configuration and operation of client PCs, Mac, printers and mobile devices
- Receiving, processing and documenting fault reports and questions in the entire IT environment
- Managing user profiles and authorisations in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Supporting users via Service Now Ticket tool / 1st level support
- Carrying out or arranging repairs
- Setting up and providing workstation systems
- Installation and maintenance of network printers
- Train new employees and setting up training rooms or PC workstations for events
- Solid experience of IT support
- Good Windows 10 knowledge
- Broad MS Office and standard application knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS-Exchange
- MS Server 2019 / DHCP DNS knowledge
- Hardware Knowledge
- MacOs / Jamf knowledge
