Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Walk through floors of buildings with newly migrated printers and see if people need support
- Solve simple user problems and help users create tickets for more complex issues
- Hand up posters with user instructions above the printers on migration days
Must Haves:
- Basic IT knowledge & able to follow end user instructions (e.g. how to install a manual print queue on a Windows PC); no special IT knowledge required; more complex support cases are handled by Level 2 support
- Fluent German and English speaking
- Comfortable to work with end users
Nice to Have: - Previous end user support experience is nice to have
