The position
A fantastic opportunity to contribute to an agile approach of supporting employability at Roche and empowering and engaging employees to take accountability for their professional journeys.
As an RCC Coordinator, you are providing support to the Roche Career Center with various operational activities such as setting up events, developing process descriptions, taking over process ownership, maintaining customer engagement and support as well as various communication activities such as creating and maintaining promotional materials on Roche channels, representing the RCC in events, updating the RCC website, etc. There are also many opportunities to step in as an advisor for 1:1 offers, facilitation of workshops and events and running onboarding and train-the-trainer activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & potentially facilitate workshops, networking events
- Onboarding (introduce & train) of new volunteers
- Keep the Volunteer community informed, engaged and motivated
- Communication activities (monthly newsletter, maintenance of gSite, etc.)
- Gathering feedback from customers, take actions to adapt and improve continuously
- Evaluation of statistics and supporting the communication of regular data updates
Key development areas:
- organising, setting up and sometimes running different workshops
- community engagement and stakeholder management
- deepen your understanding of Employability and Career Development at Roche and how to support our employees
- facilitating, and/or advising skills
Who you are:
- You are in your Master studies in the field of business administration, HR Management, psychology or similar fields (or you have recently finished your studies within 12 months)
- you are a self starterwho has strong organisational skills
- being able to motivate, integrate and influence others
- experience in stakeholder management
- strong English knowledge, German and or other languages is a plus
Please note that due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens have to provide a certificate from the university stating that an industry internship is mandatory as part of the university training.
