Descriptif du poste

Au sein du département Operations Market Data, tu joueras un rôle clé sur la production et la qualité des données de nos produits Panel Distributeur (PoS) - Marketing Intelligence (panels non alimentaires) à nos clients. Tu seras un des piliers pour la mise en place de nouveaux développements business / projets stratégiques & internationaux.

Tu auras pour missions principales?:

• Assister le Responsable d’un pôle de produits :

• Superviser les différentes étapes de production (locales et offshore) des données depuis la codification jusqu’à la production des données (publish)
• Renforcer les relations avec nos Centres d’excellence groupe (ex : inde & Bulgarie)
• Coordonner la communication auprès des équipes Local Customer Service / MI-CSM & Sales
• Monitoring des KPI’s internes via les applicatifs groupe (ex : JIRA)
• Gestion des demandes & incidents clients de niveau 2 via les applicatifs groupe (ex : SalesForce)
• Préparer et présenter les arguments méthodologiques en interne et externe le cas échéant

• Participation à la Gestion de Projets :

• Suivi de l’activité / monitoring
• Challenger les process
• Conduite du projet & Coordonner les étapes du projet via nos RACI (Teams, Excel)
• Optimisation des méthodes et processus entre local et GSC pour gagner en qualité, efficacité et productivité
• Développement de nouveaux produits locaux ou internationaux avec les équipes Local Customer Service, Sales, CSM

• Intervenir sur le suivi de la qualité :

• Gestion de l’amélioration de la qualité (KPis & re-engineering, plans d’action innovants)
• Production des données (vérification des flux des enseignes distributeurs, analyse des nouveautés…)
• Supervision de la codification : Suivi des WFM, des TSR mining et mettre en place des plans d’actions pour les problématiques de codification récurrentes
• Garantir un contrôle strict, le maintien de la qualité ainsi que la formation continue des équipes de l’offshoring.

Profil recherché

• Tu es en formation BAC + 5 – Ecole de Commerce ou Master 2 universitaire avec une spécialisation dans les études et/ou le marketing.

• Tu es intéressé (e) par l’analyse et le fonctionnement d’un panel distributeurs.

• Tu as un goût prononcé pour les chiffres et l'analyse et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques Excel et Powerpoint.

• Tu es quelqu'un d'organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et curieux(se) qui apprécie le travail en équipe dans un contexte international.

• Tu es à l’aise en anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral dans un environnement professionnel.

• Type de contrat : Stage (6 mois minimum) - convention de stage obligatoire.

• Lieu de travail : Nanterre (5 min Nanterre Université / 10 min Nanterre Préfecture) - RER A, Ligne L, Bus.
