To complete the kitchen team of our Contemporary Thai Restaurant Loy Fah we are looking for a motivated Sous Chef 80-100%.

Your tasks
- Supporting the head chef in various areas as well as management and organisation of the entire kitchen during his absence
- Co-responsible for planning offers, including costing, as well as helping to develop and implement new dishes
- Responsible for creating the mise en place for the à la carte, seminar and banquet service
- Management and organisation of various chef positions
- Leading and training employees at their chef position, ensuring an optimal production process and implementing the kitchen concept
- Assisting with ordering and inventory management, including stock management
What you bring along
- You were born in Thailand and have completed training as a chef
- Many years of experience in Thai cuisine
- You have creative ideas for processing fresh and high-quality products and have the ability to create something special
- A high standard of quality, you enjoy cooking creatively and with a lot of passion
- In addition to your native language THAI, you also speak some German or English
- Good organisational skills and a positive attitude
- Responsible and a reliable person
