Software Applications Technician
Mission:
Our team ensures the smooth integration, performance, and optimization of Verity's drone systems by proactively monitoring data and resolving issues in direct collaboration with clients and other internal teams. Our goal is to improve system efficiency and data quality, ensuring that both new and existing deployments deliver maximum value to customers.
Your role:
- Deploy new applications according to the release plan and implement corresponding system changes.
- Set up new systems according to instructions.
- Provide support and troubleshoot the commissioning process using effective business application software.
- Serve as an expert for technical support of field systems.
- Collaborate with clients on system changes to ensure maximum value delivery.
Your experience:
- Technical educational background (completed technical apprenticeship, completed BSc / MSc).
- Ideally around 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Linux, Excel and similar tools.
- Comfortable using a Terminal.
- Additional plus:
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with cloud software, AWS
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
