To enhance our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and proactive Shop Agent 80% to join us by 1 August 2024 or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities:
- Advice and sales in the FIFA Museum Shop
- Contact person for all questions, requests and concerns of our visitors
- Customer care on site (accompanying disabled people to the elevator, checkroom, baby carriages, etc.)
- Sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the store, including stock management
- Accounting of the cash register
- General administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence with customers)
Your profile:
- Experience in sales
- Completed vocational training (preferably in sales)
- Impeccable manners and an independent and customer-oriented way of working
- Language skills in German and English, any other language an advantage
- Regular weekend work during the museum's opening hours
- Great enthusiasm for football
