General overview:
You will be integrated to the departmentBack Office & Banking Applications, and attached directly to the Settlement team:
Key responsibilities:
- Processing of transfer operations, receptions and/or delivery of franco titles, payments and counter payments
- Monitoring of transfers, deliveryversus payment and counter payments, implementation of instructions
- Contact with counterparts and agents
- Management of the shareholders' register
- Processing of physical shares
Qualifications
- An experience in a Settlement team is mandatory ; swift knowledge would be a plus
- Fluent in French, you also have good command of English ; German would be a plus
- You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
- You arestress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
- As a team player, youwant to join adynamic team
