Essential
- Knowledge within ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery modules – Technical ability, configuration management, development
- ServiceNow – at least 2 years of experience
- Excellent english
Desirable
- Another language (German, French, Dutch, etc)
- CIS Certification in CMDB/Discovery
- Other certifications in ServiceNow
