Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Senior Vice President Strategic Project and Business Process Transformation Head
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage team to develop strategic business solutions and, designs or options that are focused on successful business outcome
- Work with the programme team and sponsor to ensure change adoption is embedded with that programme.
- Bring a focus to the programme on business outcomes, and benefits management (including benefits reaslisation).
- Promote a cultural mind-shift to including change adoption as a key success factor in achieving sustainable business outcomes.
- Influence and manage stakeholders and sponsor relationships in leading the change and achieving the benefits
- Identify and mitigate key Transformation change adoption risks
- Identify opportunities for early realization of benefits
- Work across global and regional teams to ensure commonality of understanding of the change adoption value proposition and its role in delivering sustainable business outcomes.
- Ensure mechanisms are in place for capturing and sharing lessons learnt and encourage re-use of successful change adoption tools and methods.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Has experience in managing banking transformation projects.
- Has good understanding of banking processes and products
- Minimum years of experience : 15 Year
