Your Role as a Senior Test Automation Engineer: In this position, you will actively and independently contribute to the quality assurance of our core banking system (Avaloq) and other in-house developed applications. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining our comprehensive automated test case system.
AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG- Write automated test scripts based on received specifications
- Continuously increase automation coverage
- Ensure automated test cases run without failures
- Execute test cases and conduct detailed analysis and validation
- Enhance the automation framework
- Support implementing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD
- Higher education (university / FH) in IT or equivalent relevant experience
- 5 years of practical experience in the field of test automation
- Strong understanding of programming language fundamentals
- Advanced Excel proficiency and SQL required
- Knowledge of system architectures, APIs, and Avaloq is an advantage
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and microservice architectures will allow you to grow into new challenges over time
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with users at all levels of the business
- Fluency in English; fluency in Portuguese and/or German is a plus
