Job Description
EMEA Recruitment is delighted to partner with an exciting business as it looks to recruit a Senior Tax Manager into its Basel office.
As the Senior Tax Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the global tax team and work closely with the Director of Tax and relative finance teams.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Tax Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the direct tax compliance process, which includes:
- Implementing, improving and developing the tax processes and controls
- Submitting tax filings, dealing with tax reg status (across various countries)
- Implementing tax technology solutions, driving transparency & efficiency
- Being the point of contact globally, for all direct tax matters
- Dealing with tax legislation, legal administration - and all matters that impact the position of the business relating to direct tax
Candidate Requirements:
- Certified Swiss Tax Expert
- Strong experience in the area of international tax
- Strong communication skills, able to partner with other business leaders and external parties
- Fluent in English; Fluent German is a plus!
