The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will help attract, source, and assess high quality candidates to meet our goals and contribute to projects designed to enhance our employer brand, create greater efficiencies, and provide outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. You’ll partner with our hiring managers within dedicated departments, gaining an in-depth understanding of their goals and designing sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates, advising on best practice assessment and selection methodology and leading the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll headhunt great candidates and find new sourcing channels, to ensure we are attracting skills for the future and building talent pipelines and communities for future vacancies. You’ll also participate in projects to enhance our capabilities as a talent acquisition function.
We are looking for a future-oriented talent acquisition professional, who excels at building great relationships and whose collaborative, consultative style will contribute to effective partnering with our top management, hiring managers and the wider team. You will have a passion for finding great candidates, with a clear focus on diversity and an understanding of the benefits that diversity of thought brings to the organization. What You’ll Bring to the Role
Whilst some experience in Financial Services would be useful, we are very open to professionals from any industry sector, who have demonstrated a solid experience within a large talent acquisition function. You’ll love using your initiative and market knowledge to come up with new ideas and approaches. Some experience recruiting across Europe would also be beneficial as well as a second language (German, French and/or Spanish). We’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading process transformation, analytics, and offshoring. Experience with an applicant tracking system, recruitment technology, competency-based interviewing and using social media for proactive sourcing will set you up for success.
