Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and manage a team of Power Platform developers, promoting continued adoption and growth of the platform globally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and system architects, to understand requirements.
Knowledge Center and Development Support:
- Continue to develop, manage and organize the Power Platform and continue to grow the knowledge center within a Centre of Excellence for Power Platform development.
- Develop and maintain a development support framework to assist in project delivery.
Best Practices and Standards:
- Define and enforce best practices and standards for Power Platform development.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess adherence to established standards.
- Create automated processes to detect and removed unused apps
Governance Framework:
- Design and develop governance tools to monitor, audit, and report on the Power Platform governance framework.
- Implement and enhance governance solutions for compliance with business and platform requirements.
Technical Guidance and Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to Power Platform users and developers.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
Background and Experience:
- 10+ years in IT within large, diverse global companies.
- Minimum 5 years of Power Platform development experience.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Business and platform Governance solutions with Power Platform.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in English
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
