The SCM Head Office team focuses on orchestrating strategy execution, managing operational rhythms, crafting vital communications (including executive board updates), and overseeing project management for critical operational issues. A significant responsibility includes providing head office support to the SVP Global Product Supply (GPS) and his senior management team. Reporting to the Senior Director of SCM Business Enablement, the Senior Manager is an integral part of the broader SCM Strategy & Innovation team.
Key Accountabilities
- Head Office operations: manage high-priority initiatives, craft key communications, and promote team engagement to bolster SCM culture and operational excellence.
- Project & Crisis Management: Drive project- and crisis management in collaboration with global and market supply chain teams, and partner functions, leading leadership updates and managing timely progress, including clear deliverables and owners.
- Strategic facilitation: Assist the SVP of GPS in SCM with orchestrating his Senior Leadership Team’s efforts in developing and tracking the annual strategic functional priorities and targets.
- Executive updates Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful communications for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Capability Building: Coach and mentor head office team members, fostering skill development, continuous learning, and high performance.

- Project Management: Proficiency in strategic project management methodologies and tools.
- Analytical Tools: Familiarity with a range of analytical and project planning tools, with proficiency in Excel.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Understanding of strategic planning processes, including setting objectives, risk assessment, communication and progress tracking.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in multinational environment (e.g., management consulting, project management, etc.) with regional or matrix organization exposure.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and challenges.
- College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
