Senior Global Product Manager CMX (a)
We are looking for a highly collaborative and self-driven person to join our Global Commercial organization as
- Responsible for the marketing and strategy of our CMX integrated service, designed to support complex cases with custom made surgical guides and 3D bone models.
- Define a global portfolio strategy by identifying customer needs, market trends, service needs and portfolio gaps in collaboration with product development
- Competitive analysis and competitive monitoring
- Product / segment campaigns based on clinical data to develop sales force knowledge, drive brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize revenue
- Develop and own "go-to-market"-strategy
- Define and develop content for marketing material for different regions and launch phases
- Prepare Launches in collaboration with countries and Downstream Marketing
- Post-Launch market introductions in the countries
- Build Relationships with worldwide KOLs
- Collect market feedback from markets and downstream that go into product strategy
- Collaborate with the regions on course programs and course planning for professional education
- Support education with strategic advice on product and surgeon education
- Support the development of efficient sales force training materials and sessions
- Technical, Business or Marketing college degree
- Experience as a product manager in an international company
- Experience with software and service marketing
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Understanding the basic regulatory requirements of the medical device industry.
